\u00a0Hi, my name is Jim Fahs, owner of Wasatch Home Inspections and sole inspector–it’s just me. I’ve worked full-time in home inspections since 1995 so I’m in my 31st year.\u00a0 At first I went to work as an employee of a multi-inspector home inspection company in Florida.\u00a0 Four years later I bought that company and over the next 14 years we grew from 6 to 14 full-time employees.\u00a0 We performed about 40,000 home inspections in the Tampa Bay area during my ownership.<\/address>
\u00a0In 2013 I sold that company and moved to Utah where I started anew.
