There seems to be a limit…to how much I can care.
For this reason I limit myself to one home, one client, and one home inspection per day…no more. This way, each client is my entire day and I deliver their report same day.
With this policy I can maintain strong interest in my client, and the home they’re attempting to purchase. This makes my business life very smooth and leaves my clients well served–it’s a sweet spot.
